Kiev forces accused of shelling Donbas again

The shellings were registered in the towns of Pervomaisk and Makeyevka

MOSCOW, August 5. /TASS/. The Ukrainian forces have once again violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas and shelled the territory of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR), LPR people’s militia told Luhansk Inform Center on Wednesday.

A crossroads in the north-western part of the town of Pervomaisk was shelled on Tuesday, August 4, from a mortar of 82mm caliber from the Zolotoye settlement, people’s militia said.

Kiev forces shell residential area of Makeyevka, one person wounded

 A resident of the eastern Ukrainian city of Makeyevka has been wounded in the shelling of the city by the Ukrainian military, head of the local administration Yury Pokitenlitsa said on Wednesday.

"We have one person wounded, a man aged about 50. He is now in the city hospital number 2, his condition is stable," the Donetsk news agency quotes him as saying.

The mayor also noted that the incident had been registered in the city’s Chervonogvardeisky district. "Two streets have been affected, a total of eight houses have been destroyed," he added.
