MOSCOW, July 13. /TASS/. Ukraine’s Armed Forces dealt a massive blow last night on the territory of the airport in the capital of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic. The shelling continued for several hours, the DPR Defense Ministry told the Donetsk news agency.
"At night, the Ukrainian military conducted heavy shelling of the Donetsk airport territory," the Defense Ministry said. "Fortunately, the adjacent inhabited localities were not affected."
The Defense Ministry also said that the village of Spartak had come under fire. "At the moment, information about casualties, destruction, as well as about the munitions used during the bombardment, is being specified," it added.
According to the heads of the Donetsk regional administrations, no fresh destruction was registered last night. No injuries were reported.
