MOSCOW, July 11. /TASS/. Leader of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky has thanked leaders of France and Germany for their public appeal to Kiev to reflect Donbass' special status in the constitution, LPR leader said in a statement issued on Saturday.
"On behalf of all the residents of the Lugansk region, I thank the leaders of France and Germany for their public appeal to Kiev to reflect Donbass' special status in Ukraine's Constitution," the LuganskInformCentre cited him as saying.
