PARIS, May 31. /TASS/. US Secretary of State John Kerry was taken to a Geneva hospital after falling off his bicycle and injuring a leg, the news agency France Presse reported on Sunday referring to the US Department of State.
Kerry was riding on Sunday morning in a mountain district in the French department of Haute-Savoie on the border with Switzerland.
AFP quoted a US diplomat as saying that Kerry had apparently broken his leg but his health condition was not a cause for concern.
Kerry held a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Geneva on Saturday to try to overcome obstacles in negotiations on settling the Iran nuclear issue.
