BERLIN, January 12. /TASS/. Foreign Ministers of Germany, Russia, France, and Ukraine, who had a conference here on Monday in the so-called ‘Normandy format’, issued a statement for the media upon the end of their meeting.
“The ministers urge the Contact Group (for settling the civil armed conflict in eastern Ukraine - TASS) to get together in the coming few days for the purpose of reaching progress and making possible a full implementation of the Minsk accords, including substantial conditions for an efficient ceasefire,” the statement says.
