DONETSK, December 20. /TASS/. Ukrainian law enforcers sabotage the Minsk negotiations, head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko said on Saturday.
Earlier on Saturday, a representative of the DPR at the talks Denis Pushilin said “neither of the sides, nor the OSCE, after yesterday’s video conference have not approached me,” he said. “A date of another meeting or video conference is still not set. All issues remain open,” he said.
