LONDON, August 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Ebola fever alarm has been announced at the International Gatwick Airport in London, BBC radio station reported on Monday.

The alarm followed death of a woman with symptoms similar to that of Ebola fever. The 72-year-old passenger arrived from Guiana with a landing in Sierra Leone, one of the nations affected by the disease, on Saturday.

All flight passengers on the flight were isolated; the aircraft was cordoned off.

The woman’s blood tests in a laboratory in England were negative for the virus, The Sun reported.

According to the latest data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the new Ebola outbreak in West Africa has already killed 826.
