SLOVIANSK, May 20. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian security forces have resumed massive shooting attack on Sloviansk (Donetsk region) from the side of Karachun mountain early on Tuesday, according to a representative of the city’s volunteers corps.

He noted that powerful blasts could be heard and windows were shaking in houses.

As a result of the shell attack on Sloviansk and neighboring localities late on May 19, residential houses in Semyonovka settlement were partly destroyed. A local female resident received a fragment wound in her head.

The militia also said that after the shooting attack near Semyonovka, armed clashes between the National Guard and self-defense forces were continuing for an hour and a half.
