MOSCOW, February 13.  /ITAR-TASS/. Tension over the humanitarian situation in Syria cannot replace concrete actions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said after the Russia-Egypt 2+2 meeting on Thursday.

“We believe that the humanitarian crisis is the most pressing problem in Syria. We seek to rely on concrete actions and not on emotions,” the Russian minister said.

“Based on a patient and non-clamant approach we succeeded in solving the problem of delivering humanitarian aid to Homs’ old quarters and to the Palestinian refugee camp of Yarmouk,” Lavrov said.
