BEIJING, December 02. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich will make an official visit to China on December 3 as planned, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“We will inform you in the event that there are any changes,” the official said.
Yanukovich's December 3-6 visit was announced as taking in negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jinping alongside meetings with the country’s government and parliament officials.
Yanukovich is due to visit China’s Shaanxi province, meeting local authorities and businessmen and also seeing the famous Terracotta Army. In Beijing, the president will take part in a business forum to be attended by representatives of business circles from Ukraine and China.
He will visit China Radio International, celebrating five years of broadcasting in Ukraine.
