BUENOS AIRES, March 18. /TASS/. Bolivian President Luis Arce congratulated his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on re-election, describing his victory as a show of the Russian people’s unity.

"From Bolivia, we are sending our most sincere congratulations to Vladimir Putin, who was re-elected the president of Russia. His confident victory reaffirms the unity of the brave people of Russia, who are centered around sovereignty and continuous development," Arce wrote on the X social network.

With more than 90% of ballots counted, Putin leads the presidential race with 87.21%, according to the Russian Central Election Commission.
