MINSK, September 10 (Itar-Tass) - The lawyers of Director-General of the Uralkali company Vladislav Baumgertner on Monday complained against the decision of the Partizansky district court of Minsk that their client remains in custody.

“The petition has been referred to the Minsk city court,” said lawyer Dmitry Goryachko.

On September 6 the Partizansky district court of Minsk refused to satisfy the lawyers’ plea to change the measure of restriction (holding in custody) for Baumgertner who was detained in Minsk on August 26 and is held in the investigation ward of the Belarusian State Security Committee.
