A concert tour by Russian pop singer Kristina Orbakaite around Ukraine has been postponed from March to September

KIEV, March 3. /TASS/. A concert tour by Russian pop singer Kristina Orbakaite around Ukraine has been postponed from March to September so as to avoid any provocations in the run-up to the Eurovision song contest, due to take place in Kiev in May, an official of the Bonapart-concert ticketing services company told TASS on Friday.

"We have put off Kristina Orbakaite’s concerts in Kharkov from March 5 to September 25, in Kiev from March 6 to September 26, in Dnepr (former Dnepropetrovsk - TASS) from March 7 to September 27, in Odessa from March 8 to September 28," he said. The decision was taken "to avoid provocations in the run-up to Eurovision."

"It was a mutual decision," he claimed, adding "Kristina is eager to come to Ukraine."
