MOSCOW, August 23. /TASS/. Fifteen terrorist infrastructure facilities have been destroyed in Russia’s North Caucasus region over the past week, the temporary information center of the Russian National Guard Service told TASS on Tuesday.
"The combined force servicemen have conducted more than 120 special operations in Russia’s North Caucasus region destroying 15 terrorist infrastructure facilities and seizing 39 pieces of small arms and more than 8,000 ammunition," the Russian National Guard said.
National Guard troops completed 280 public order maintenance tasks last week. "Together with law enforcement officers, Russian National Guard servicemen detained over 12,000 citizens for various wrongdoings, including public order breaches," the information center said.
