Former French envoy to Russia will coordinate international projects to rebuild Notre-Dame

Agence France-Presse reported, citing diplomatic sources that Stanislas de Laboulaye will ensure communication between the French government and leading int'l organizations, and engage foreign experts

PARIS, April 18. /TASS/. Former French Ambassador to Russia Stanislas de Laboulaye will coordinate international projects to rebuild Paris’ Notre-Dame Cathedral, Agence France-Presse reported on Thursday, citing diplomatic sources.

According to the news agency, de Laboulaye, who served as French ambassador to Moscow in 2006-2008, will ensure communication between the French government and leading international organizations, and engage foreign experts. He will work in close contact with French presidential envoy for renovation matters Jean-Louis Georgelin and Culture Minister Franck Riester.
