ULYANOVSK, August 16. /TASS/. The village of Yablonevy with a population of only seven people has no plans to stage the first ever gay pride parade in Russia’s history, local authorities said on Thursday.

Earlier reports said that the parade could take place in the tiny village located in the Ulyanovsk Region.

"This information is not true, we will not hold any gay parades," the authorities said.
