Poroshenko’s appeal to Constitutional Court evidence for coup in Ukraine - lawmaker

This appeal proves that Yanukovich was illegally ousted in late February 2014, Pushkov told

MOSCOW, June 20. /TASS/. An appeal of Ukraine’s President Pyotr Poroshenko to the Constitutional Court on his law depriving former President Viktor Yanukovich of his presidential title is evidence in support of a coup in Ukraine, the chairman of the Russian State Duma foreign affairs committee Aleksey Pushkov told TASS on Saturday.

"Although Poroshenko raises a question to recognise as unconstitutional the law of February 4, 2015 depriving Yanukovich of the title of Ukraine’s president, actually this appeal proves that Yanukovich was illegally ousted in late February 2014 and stands as evidence for the coup," Pushkov said.
