"The column of the combat hardware of the Aerospace Defense Forces’ Air and Anti-Missile Defense Command, which will be involved in the Army-2015 forum, has completed its redeployment to the Patriot patriotic park in Kubinka in the Moscow Region," the spokesman said.
The Pantsir-S air defense missile system will hold a special place in the display of combat hardware at the forum, the spokesman said.
"During the forum, combat units of the Aerospace Defense Forces will demonstrate the capabilities of the Pantsir-S systems for detecting and destroying low-flying aircraft with live combat firing," the spokesman said.
Apart from the Pantsir-S, the hardware redeployed to the Army-2015 forum includes S-400 Triumf (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler) air defense missile systems, VVO, Nebo-M, Kasta 2-2 and Podlyot-K1 radar complexes and other air defense systems on combat duty to protect Moscow and Russia’s Central Industrial District.
