MOSCOW, December 9. /TASS/. Kiev keeps using battalion Aidar instead of punishing their combatants for numerous atrocities committed in war-torn Ukraine’s south-east, Russian Foreign Ministry’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Democracy and Supremacy of Law Konstantin Dolgov said in his Twitter microblog.

“The response of Kiev authorities to any manifestations of protest is one and the same. Democracy in ‘Ukrainian way’ is in action!” the diplomat said in comments on the situation in Vinnitsa, west-central Ukraine, noting that “Kiev keeps using Aidar punitive squads instead of punishing them for numerous atrocities committed in Ukraine’s south-east.”
