Pre-filtration should not be offered as a service, but as a separate free option, which will be available with each operator.

Since the technology of filtrations is yet to be elaborated and is yet to be endorsed by all the involved parties, a bill on the pre-filtration is unlikely to be approved by the end of 2014.
The league will also address the Education and Science Ministry with a proposal to create internal Internet for schools. Such a Web will have access only to information needed for studies.
