Russian rouble is overweakened — presidential aide

MOSCOW, September 29. /ITAR-TASS/. Presidential aide Andrei Belousov said on Monday that the rouble was overweakened.

“If you want to know my expert opinion, I think the rouble is indeed overweakened and keeps weakening because of some frenzy,” he said.

Belousov believes that the rouble will strengthen with time.
