MOSCOW, August 30 /ITAR-TASS/ Vladimir Putin in a telephone talk with Alexander Lukashenko on Saturday noted the importance of consultations of a contact group in Minsk with participation of representatives of Kiev, the southeast, the OSCE and Russia.
The two leaders in a phone call exchanged views on Russian-Belarusian union cooperation, the Kremlin press service said.
They discussed the implementation of the results of the August 26 Minsk meeting of the Customs Union leaders with the Ukrainian president and EU representatives, noting it was important to organize consultations of a contact group in Minsk with the participation of representatives of Kiev authorities, southeastern regions, the OSCE and Russia.
