BRUSSELS, July 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia expects that the association and free trade agreement between Ukraine and the European Union will not come into force until all trade issues with Russia are solved, Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said on the sidelines of the three-party ministerial meeting of Russia, Ukraine and the EU in Brussels on Friday.
Earlier, Ulyukayev said Russia hopes for mutual understanding and acceptable decisions at three-party talks over the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
