WASHINGTON, April 11. /ITAR-TASS/. To have extra financial aid from Russia, Ukraine will have to carry out a constitutional reform, hold elections, recognize Crimea and ease tensions in its southeastern regions, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told journalists on Friday.
“These are the four conditions we are setting to offer additional financial assistance, both in budget-related and in gas issues,” he said, adding that these conditions were not binding but “we cannot but be oriented towards them.
