KAZAN, March 31. /ITAR-TASS/. Tatarstan will open a permanent mission to the Republic of Crimea. A decree to this effect was signed by President Rustam Minnikhanov on March 29.
Ilmir Temirgaliev, former director of TemirInvest Group, has been appointed Tatarstan’s permanent representative to Crimea, the decree says.
