MOSCOW, March 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has thanked Ukraine’s military who have not been involved in bloodshed in Ukraine.
“I would like to thank the Ukrainian military, and the contingent there is not small — 22,000, with full armament, who did not participate in bloodsheds,” he said in an address to the Russian parliament following Crimea’s application for joining the Russian Federation.
