600,000 people registered in 10,000 'rubber' apartments in Russia

MOSCOW, January 15. /ITAR-TASS/. The Federal Migration Service has exposed 10,000 so-called "elastic" apartments in which more than 600,000 people are registered.

"According to FMS estimates, there are 10,000 to 11,000 "elastic" apartments in the country which should accommodate more than 600,000 tenants according to registration data," head of the FMS registration and passport department Alexander Aksyonov told a news conference at Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
