MOSCOW, October 31 (Itar-Tass) - Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said he agreed that the heads of state and government, as well as companies should conform to the new civilisation.
Speaking at a plenary session of Open Innovation Forum 2013, Medvedev said, “We’re on the verge of an absolutely new civilisation. We should conform to it.”
“If we don’t conform to it, we’ll make mistakes in business and government,” the premier said.
