Repair works on the Novosibirsk-Adler train crash completed

The Emergency Situations Ministry reported that the railway line and contact-line supports have been restored

MOSCOW, July 8 (Itar-Tass) - Repair works on the crash site of the Novosibirsk-Adler train in Krasnodar Territory have been completed, spokesman to the Emergency Situations Ministry Oleg Voronov told Itar-Tass on Monday.

“The repair works on the section between Krylovskaya and Kislyakovsk have ended at 1:10 p.m. Moscow time. Railway line and contact-line supports have been restored,” Voronov said.

In addition, he said carriages of the crashed train had been railed. After the train has been driven away the section will be opened. “This will happen shortly,” he said.
