Three-day annual rock festival Nashestviye to open in Bolshoye Zavidovo

It is expected that 150,000-170,000 rock enthusiasts from all over the country will attend the "chief summer adventure" show

BOLSHOYE ZAVIDOVO, Tver Region, July 5 (Itar-Tass) - Everything is ready for a three-day open-air annual rock festival Nashestviye (irruption) - 2013, the largest-scale one in Russia and throughout the Commonwealth of Indepdendent States. "The festival will open at 18:00, Moscow time, on Friday and will be held for a 12th time," Yuri Dontsov, one of the organizers of the "Russian Woodstock" fest, told Itar-Tass.

It is expected that 150,000-170,000 rock enthusiasts from all over the country will attend the "chief summer adventure" show. "The first spectators came to the festival field on Thursday night. We prepared for them a nightly film programme -- two films by Alexei Balabanov -- Brat-1 and Brat-2," Dontsov said.

There are two huge stages on the festival field. "According to verified data, over 110 music groups will perform there. The B-2, Secret, and Ocean Elzi (Ukraine) will be the headliners of the magnificent show, Dontsov emphasized.
