BEIJING, May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Perfect World, a leading creativity-oriented Chinese firm, signed a strategic partnership agreement with the College of Europe, a world-renowned institution of higher learning, in Brugge, Belgium on 24 April, 2015.
