CANNES, France, March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- One of the world's largest architectural design firms, Nikken Sekkei Limited, is appointed by a leading developer in Eastern Russia, Monolitholding Company, today at MIPIM as Master Planner for a new project development in Krasonyarsk, Solontsy of Russia.
The new project is located north of Krasnoyarsk, in proximity to the Yemelyanovo international airport, with a total area of approximately 210 ha. Krasnoyarsk is the largest economical and cultural center of Eastern Russia, the administrative center of Krasnoyarsky krai and the second largest region in Russia, after Yakutia republic.
The Solontsy City is envisioned to be an innovative residential development serving the pressing needs for quality mid-income class housing.
