MOSCOW, March 29. /TASS/. Washington does not have the right to expel unilaterally the diplomats accredited at the UN headquarters, the Russian Foreign Ministry's official spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a news briefing on Thursday.
"The US doesn't have an opportunity to do away unilaterally with the diplomats working at the UN," she said. "Special procedure for such cases exist."
