MOSCOW, November 23./TASS/. The State Duma’s Committee for International Affairs has backed the candidacy Mikhail Ulyanov, director of Russian Foreign Ministry’s non-proliferation and arms control department, for the position of Russian permanent representative to the International Organizations in Vienna, a diplomatic source told TASS after the session.

"A session of the Duma’s international affairs committee was held, where the candidacy of Ulyanov was submitted for the post of Russian Federation permanent representative in Vienna," the diplomat said.
