MOSCOW, April 6. /TASS/. Russia is prepared to cooperate with the US-led counterterrorism coalition, but there should be no double standards in the fight against international terrorism, head of Russia’s Federation Council (upper house of parliament) Defense and Security Committee, Viktor Ozerov, told a briefing for defense attaches on Thursday.
"We are ready to cooperate with all countries in combating international terrorism. We are also ready to cooperate with the anti-terror coalition led by the United States," he said. "We are open and ready to cooperate on all issues related to the fight against terrorism. However, we believe that double standards in this work are unacceptable," the senator emphasized.
