Russian Center for Reconciliation delivers aid to 6,300 Syrians in 24 hours

Since the beginning of the year, Russia has delivered over 160 tons of humanitarian aid to the Syrian people

MOSCOW, February 13. /TASS/. Officers of the Russian Center for Reconciliation of opposing sides in Syria have carried out seven humanitarian missions in the past 24 hours, delivering aid to 6,300 civilians, the Center said in an information bulletin.

"As many as seven humanitarian missions have been carried out in the past 24 hours, a total of 3.8 tons of bread, 3,000 hot meals and 400 food sets were delivered to 6,300 civilians. They received a total of 6.1 tons of humanitarian aid," the bulleting reads.

According to the Center for Reconciliation, most of the humanitarian missions took place in Aleppo. Besides, Russian military servicemen delivered aid to the Btemmana settlement located in the Latakia province.

Since the beginning of the year, Russia has delivered over 160 tons of humanitarian aid to the Syrian people.
