MOSCOW, December 12. /TASS/. Moscow will make every effort to prevent the return of militants to Syria’s ancient city of Palmyra, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Titov said on Monday.
"Certainly, we will do utmost to prevent the return of terrorists to these areas," Titov stressed.
