MOSCOW, December 1. /TASS/. Russia has called not to allow wide and permissive interpretations of the UN Security Council’s new resolution on North Korea in order not aggravate the humanitarian situation in the country’s, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said in a commentary on Thursday.
"New restrictions are clearly formulated in the resolution," the commentary said.
"It is of much importance that not a single permissive interpretation is allowed so that it cannot deteriorate the humanitarian situation for the country’s population and cannot undermine the DPRK’s industrial sectors that have no relation to the banned programs."
