MOSCOW, November 9./TASS/. If the presidents of Russia and the US, Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama, take part in the APEC summit in Peru in mid-November, they will be able to communicate on its sidelines," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.
"If they (Putin and Obama) attend the summit, they will have a possibility to get together on the sidelines of the summit one way or another," he said.
He said he was not ready to say at the moment whether this will be some conversation or not, "as we have no groundwork so far".
