On November 18-19 leaders from 21 countries and self-governing territories gathered in Manila for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev represented Russia at the event. APEC forum participants denounced terrorism in all its manifestations in the wake of the recent terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut and the crash of a Russian airliner in Sinai.
