ATHENS, November 2. /TASS/. The Normandy Quartet summit in Berlin has offered hope for the implementation of the Minsk accords, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Wednesday following a meeting with his Greek counterpart, Nikos Kotzias.
"We touched upon the Ukrainian crisis, we share the position that the Minsk agreements need to be implemented. The process has already been delayed enough," Lavrov noted. "The recent Normandy Quartet summit in Berlin offers hope that now efforts to fully implement the Minsk documents in accordance with the agreed on order, will be stepped up."
