MOSCOW, October 8. /TASS/. The United States is demonstrating double standards when accusing Russia of organizing hacker attacks at political institutions of the country, MP Alexey Pushkov, former head of the State Duma’s International Affairs Committee, said on Saturday.
"Russia is accused of hacker attacks by those agencies that swore that NSA (National Security Agency) did not spy on Americans and foreign leaders," Pushkov wrote on his Twitter microblog.
On October 7, US Department of Homeland Security and director of national intelligence James Clapper issued a joint statement saying that Russia is behind cyber attacks on political organizations and institutions of the country.
