VLADIVOSTOK, September 3. /TASS/. Crimea has returned to Russia for good, and this issue is closed historically, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said during a discussion at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum on Saturday.
"The people of Crimea made a decision, voted for it. The issue is closed historically, there is no whatsoever return to the previous system," he said, and his words were followed by applause from the audience.
