‘Put on your thinking caps,’ exposé packed with ‘lies’: Kremlin ahead of Navalny’s game

According to the Kremlin spokesman, such videos as the one about the president’s alleged palace in the Black Sea resort city of Gelendzhik "have nothing to do with reality, they are pure lies and anyone watching them should put their thinking caps on"

MOSCOW, January 24. /TASS/. The Kremlin was well aware of the pseudo-revelations about President Vladimir Putin as they were just being cobbled together, Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday.

"We knew about the so-called investigation, pseudo-revelations, and information attacks on the president well ahead of them. They all are geared to rock the situation," he said in an interview with the Moscow.Kremlin.Putin program on the Rossiya-1 television channel.

According to the Kremlin spokesman, such videos as the one about the president’s alleged palace in the Black Sea resort city of Gelendzhik "have nothing to do with reality, they are pure lies and anyone watching them should put their thinking caps on."

When asked directly what the president was doing in that palace, Peskov said, "Putin is doing nothing there. Putin has no palace in Gelendzhik.".
