MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin does not approve his name and images being used for commercial purposes by various goods producers, president's spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the Izvestia daily.

Despite the president's attitude being negative, there are no plans to fight the use of Putin's name and image in commercial projects.

“To fight it is not our priority, it is not the main issue on the agenda”, Peskov noted.

Several collections of T-shirts and other clothes with images of Putin used in design were recently produced in Russia. Moreover, there is a 'Putin Bar' in Jerusalem and a 'Putin' cafe in Serbia's Novi Sad.

Vladimir Putin this year once again topped the Forbes' rating of most powerful people in the world.
