John Kerry to discuss Israel-Palestine issue with Mahmoud Abbas

The talks are supposed to take place in Amman, according to Fatah source

MOSCOW, July 16. /ITAR-TASS reporters Maria Ustimenko, Vladimir Melnikov /. U.S. State Secretary John Kerry is set to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas during his trip to the region. This was told today by Head of Fatah international liaison department Nabil Shaath at a press conference in Moscow.

“Currently Kerry is in Amman, tonight he is going to meet with Abbas” Nabil Shaath said. “Hopefully, the meeting will become a step towards the fulfillment of rightful demands of the Palestinian nation”.

Fatah spokesperson didn’t disclose any further details on the upcoming talks.
