MOSCOW, June 19 (Itar-Tass) - Russia believes that its western partners should persuade the Syrian opposition to agree to the peaceful talks, because Damascus has already chosen its delegation and announced its readiness to participate in an international conference on Syria dubbed as Geneva II, Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatiilov, said in an exclusive interview with Itar-Tass.

“Now the ball is in our partners’ court and we expect that they will actively work with the opposition to make it agree to the talks,” he said.
