MOSCOW, December 29 (Itar-Tass) — All children, including orphans, should be brought up in Russia, Speaker of the State Duma Sergei Naryshkin said on Saturday.
“I agree with those Russian citizens, and they are the majority, who say that our children, including orphans, should be brought up at home,” he said.
“I can only repeat: I am adamant that we are responsible for our children,” he told audience of the Kommersant FM business news radio station.
