VIENNA, November 30. /TASS/. OPEC invited several countries to join the oil production capping deal and seven of them can give consent, oil minister of Kuwait Essam al-Marzouq told reporters on Thursday.
"We invited new countries, seven of them can participate," the minister said.
Kuwait also supports extension of the OPEC+ oil production capping agreement by nine months, al-Marzouq said.
The minister also confirmed information presented earlier by Omani oil minister Mohammed bin Hamad Al Rumhy that OPEC suggested limiting oil production by Libya to 1 mln barrels per day and by Nigeria to 1.8 mln barrels per day.
