VIENNA, November 28. /TASS/. OPEC and non-OPEC countries are discussing extension of the oil production limiting agreement by 6 or 9 months, Oil Minister of Iraq Jabbar al-Luaibi told reporters on Tuesday.

"We hope to reach an agreement. Terms of nine and six months will be discussed tomorrow," the minister said.

"Whatever the agreement will be, we will support it, but we are certainly for the extension," he added.
